    Product OK, Company hard to deal with June 15, 2010

    I expect this to never see the light of day.  We ordered on 3/12/10. First of all, these bikes are not new, they have been in storage.  Ours was a 2008 we found out.  We didn't get the the product until after the 22nd. Then we could not operate it because the title and bill of sale was not issued until the end of April after several calls and complaints.  Then after operating it for 3 weeks the battery was bad (so much for PDI) one month the spedometer was bad... but because it took so long to even drive it it was now out of the 2 month warranty.   Neat idea, but I'd recommend finding someone local. These folks won't return calls.  Glad they have their own link to the BBB. Will make my complaint easy.
