Everybody want to save money by buying directly from the factory. Many online store drop-ship their product directly from the manufacturer to their customers, thus they skip the PDI, assembly and tune steps that local dealership usually do.
We at Superior Powersports bring and stock the product to our warehouse shop first before we ship them out to our customer so that we can offer you our new service to assemble, PDI, and tune up your powersports unit, just like when you are buying from your local dealership but at a factory price.

Why "PDI, Assembly, and Tuneup"? In effort to minimize initial unforseen problems with your new unit, we offer and highly recommend taking full advantage of this service, remember not every online store can do this for you, many of them lack of in-house mechanic, or many of them are just dropshippers which doesn't even inspect the unit before they ship them out. We bring the unit to our warehouse first and have our mechanic to inspect the unit before it leaves here. In addition, when PDI is ordered with your purchase an inspection sheet is filled out with over 40 different points of inspection of your unit. After this inspection is performed we also perform an on-road test to assure that even an unseen problem could be identified and addressed at that time of PDI.

We offer "PDI, Assembly, and Tune Up" service for only $99 (for limited time only) for ATVs and Dirtbikes, and we will also include free 6 months extended warranty when you choose this option for your ATV or Dirtbike. And for limited time, we offer free ""PDI, Assembly, and Tune Up" for all of our scooters, a very good deal for our customers (free PDI does not apply for local pickup).

ASSEMBLY SERVICE
Our trained mechanics will fully assemble your unit, including installing the front and rear wheels, suspension system, brakes, wheel spacer, and handle bar.

PDI, ASSEMBLY, AND TUNE UP SERVICE
In addition to fully assemble your unit, We will include a free pre delivery inspection to your unit which includes engine, cables, battery, lights, brake, instrument, hoses, transmission, oil and fluids level, and some other parts.
After that we will tune your unit, replace the factory oil to a premium high grade powersports oil, replace the factory spark plug with premium spark plug, adjust your carburator, and install a higher quality battery.

	Prepare Inspection For The Unit We open the box and uncrate each unit from their original crating to inspect for damages.
	Test The Battery A bad battery is one of the most common cause of starting problem of your unit. We test and charge each unit's battery to make sure they are good and free from defect.
	Check Included Parts We check the included parts needed to install your scooter to make sure everything is there.
	Draining The Old Factory Oil Your Unit comes with basic factory oil, we drained the factory oil to prepare it for the high quality oil.
	Putting High Quality Oil We then replace the old factory oil with high quality higher grade oil.
	Replacing Factory Spark Plug We replace the factory spark plug with a higher quality grade spark plug (A7TC or other similar quality grade spark plug).
	Connecting Electrical Cable We connect the necessary wiring cable for lights and instrument cluster.
	Checking Mirror Blinker Lights We check the blinker lights to make sure it is in a good working condition.
	Checking Front Head Light We check the head light to make sure it is in a good working condition.
	Checking Rear Brake Light We check the rear brake light to make sure it is in a good working condition.
	Checking Carburator And Internal Hosing We check the carburator and internal hosing for defects and leaks.
	Road Testing Finally we test drive the scooter to make sure everything is in a good working condition.

*Note You will still need to adjust the handle bar (Pull/roll it up and tighten the screw on it), and for units that comes with alarm, you will still need to connect the battery. (we have to disconnect the battery to prevent the alarm from triggering during the shipping.)

If you choose to purchase your new unit without PDI, assembly and tune-up; we strongly suggest you to have a certified mechanic (any small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop,an authorized dealer) to assure that your vehicle is inspected,prepped,assembled,adjusted and all bolts are tighted for saftey.

In addition, during shipping there are a change where wires and other connections may become unplugged or unhinged. Please perform an all points verification on the wiring connections, bolts, hinges, plastic connections, and other vital connections to ensure they have not been dislodged during shipping.
