We at Superior Powersports offers Free Pre-Delivery Inspection which includes over 40 different points of inspection of your unit before we ship out.
We at Superior Powersports stock products to our warehouse in order to offer you our new service which in addition to Pre-Delivery Inspection, we can also assemble and tune-up your powersport unit before we ship your product. What separates Superior Powersports from our competitors is that our customers purchase a dealership powersport unit whichever fits their budget.

We offer "PDI, Assembly, and Tune Up" service for only $99 (for limited time only) for ATVs and Dirtbikes, $149 for Scooters, and $299 for Gokarts and Trikes.

PDI, ASSEMBLY, AND TUNE UP SERVICE
In addition to PDI, We will fully assemble your unit (most units comes 95% assembled which require you to put the wheels/tires on, we will install these for you)
After that we will tune your unit, replace the factory spark plug with premium spark plug, adjust your carburator, test and charge your battery, and do a final road test before we pack your unit back into crate.

Prepare Inspection For The Unit
We open the box and uncrate each unit from their original crating to inspect for damages that might happened during transit from factory to our warehouse.
Test The Battery
A bad battery is one of the most common cause of starting problem of your unit. We test and charge each unit's battery to make sure they are good and free from defect before we ship our scooter to you.
Replacing Factory Spark Plug
Your scooter originally comes with factory no brand spark plug. We replace the factory spark plug with a higher quality USA well known grade spark plug (NGK or other similar quality grade spark plug) to make sure your scooter performs at its best.
Installing The Floor Mat
We install your scooter floor mat so that your scooter is ready to ride.
Install The Battery
After the battery tested and fully charged, we go ahead and install and connect the battery for you.
Check Carburator And Other Internal Hosing
We check your scooter's carburator, fuel line, vacuum line, and other internal hosing for defects and leaks and to make sure that they are connected properly.
Check Oil
We check your scooter oil level to ensure that it is at a proper level.
Checking Front Head Light, rear brake light, and turn signal light.
We connect the necessary wiring cable for lights and instrument cluster, then we check the head light, turn signal light, and brake light to make sure it is in a good working condition.
Road Testing
Finally we test drive the scooter to make sure everything is in a good working condition, before we crate the scooter back and ship it to you.
Recrating and repackaging the unit for shipment
We recrate and repackage the scooter back, put protective wrap inside the crate, put it on top of pallet, put shrink wrap protection before ship it to you.


Recrating and repackaging the unit for shipment using special crate (optional)
We recrate and repackage the scooter back using a special wooden crate instead of the original factory crate.

*Note You will still need to adjust the handle bar (Pull/roll it up and tighten the screw on it), and for units that comes with alarm, you will still need to connect the battery. (we have to disconnect the battery to prevent the alarm from triggering during the shipping.)

If you choose to purchase your new unit without PDI, assembly and tune-up; we strongly suggest you to have a certified mechanic (any small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop,an authorized dealer) to assure that your vehicle is inspected,prepped,assembled,adjusted and all bolts are tighted for saftey.

Superiorpowersports.com are not responsible for any issues related to the assembling, maintaining, or general caring of the unit. The owner must follow best practice guidelines with the unit. In addition, during shipping there are a change where wires and other connections may become unplugged or unhinged. Please perform an all points verification on the wiring connections, bolts, hinges, plastic connections, and other vital connections to ensure they have not been dislodged during shipping.
