Shipping Information and Process

What to do if you do not have tracking information. You will not receive your tracking information until your order is loaded and shipped out onto a truck. Once your order is shipped, our shipping department will email you any and all tracking information as well as inform you to which freight service your order will travel.




When you can expect to receive tracking information. Timeframe
1. Once the order is made and payment is received, you will be sent an order confirmation and payment receipt via Email. Your order will begin the processing phase and assembly if ordered (assembly will add an estimated 2-3 additional business days to the processing time.)
2. Once your order is out of processing and loaded onto one of our LTL freight partners, our shipping department will send you an email with any and all tracking information.
3. Once the vehicle has arrived to the nearest terminal to your location, your freight company will call to set up a delivery time with you in order to insure that you will be available to sign for your order. *Customers may not change a delivery location or pick-up from the terminal.



Estimated Delivery Time.

We use third party LTL (less than truckload) transportation companies to deliver vehicles and UPS or USPS to deliver parts/accessories/ and MCO’s. LTL Transit time may take, but is not limited to, 2-10 business days depending on your address and its distance from the nearest distribution center. During holiday seasons, transit times may result in an additional 3-5 business days to deliver. Orders cannot be canceled or refused due to extended transit schedules.

The Delivery Process.
[ YOU WILL NEED TO BE HOME ]

Once your order arrives to the nearest terminal to your location, the freight company will call you over the phone to the number you provided while placing your order, in order to schedule a delivery time with you. You will need to be available as these orders will require a signature.



What to do if your order arrives damaged.
[ DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY ]

If you receive a damaged unit, part or accessory, you must let us know within 2 business days of the issue so we may file a claim on your behalf and ensure you receive the necessary replacement in a timely manner. For minor issues, we will organize the required parts to be shipped to you to resolve the issue. In situations where the whole unit needs to be returned, we will arrange pick up of the damaged unit and delivery of the replacement unit.


Please document any issues immediately to the best of your ability by taking pictures, videos, etc. You may attach files as well as a description to our Warranty Claim Form that you can fill out.

Products may not be refused for delivery under any circumstance. In the event of delivery refusal, you will be responsible for shipping costs and an additional 20% restocking fee.
