If you have opted out of our PDI and Assembly Package below is some of the assembly that will be required.

Our vehicles will be delivered to you about 70-90% pre assembled from the factory.

Scooters Assembly
Includes: front wheel, shocks, front brake, odometer counter, handlebar, trunk and windshield (if included), mirrors and charge the battery and install.
(Depending on the model assembly may be slightly less or more) + PDI and Prep/Tune/Oil Change

ATVs Assembly
Includes: handlebar brackets, front and rear wheels, foot rests, shocks, brakes, front and rear racks (if included), charge the battery and install.
(Depending on the model assembly may be slightly less or more) +PDI and Prep/Tune/Oil Change

Go Karts Assembly
Includes: front and rear wheels, gas tank, roll cage bars, seats, seat belts, Install Instrument cluster/dash, attach the Carburetor/intake manifold connect fuel line, charge the battery and install.
(Depending on the model assembly may be slightly less or more) +PDI and Prep/Tune/Oil Change

Dirt Bikes Assembly
Includes: handlebar brackets, shocks, front wheel, front fender, charge the battery and install.
(Depending on the model assembly may be slightly less or more) +PDI and Prep/Tune/Oil Change

Trikes Assembly
Includes: front wheel, front brake, rear fender, odometer counter, handlebar, trunk and windshield (if included),, mirrors, charge the battery and install.
(Depending on the model assembly may be slightly less or more) +PDI and Prep/Tune/Oil Change

Vehicle is not 100% assembled until Post Deliver Inspection (PDI) has been completed.

(PDI) Post Delivery Inspection and adjustments must be performed after assembly and prior to starting the engine regardless of where your vehicle was assembled. You must perform the below steps that apply to your vehicle.

Let's start with one of the most important steps that are commonly overlooked by end-users who purchase the vehicles and attempt to assemble it themselves without the proper training and knowledge. Thus, resulting in non-warrantable damages or lost parts and may even lead to injury if neglected to perform the steps below. If you did not have your vehicle professionally assembled by a qualified technician, stop and do that before proceeding.

Start with the Chassis fasteners, tightening every nut and bolt that may not be tight. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual for the proper torque specs.
Step 1. Nuts & bolts – Start by checking all the major fasteners by turning the bolt or nut with the proper size wrench. Next check all other remaining fasteners such as the nuts and bolts that secure the body panels. Every nut and bolt on your vehicle needs to be checked for proper tightness. You will also need to inspect all fasteners before every ride as vibration from your engine, as well as mild rough terrain, will loosen parts. Therefore it is important for you to follow this step in your pre-ride maintenance before each ride and tighten all fasteners that may periodically become loose.
Step 2. Chain – Inspect, adjust, and lubricate the chain regularly. Your chain is the vital link from the engine to the wheels. Ensure chain slack is within specifications as described in your owner’s manual.

Next Tires and Wheels
Step 1. Air pressure – Always maintain the recommended tire pressure marked on the sidewall of the tire. Incorrect tire pressure can cause poor handling and tire or wheel damage.
Step 2. Condition – Check for cuts or gouges that could cause air leakage.
Step 3. To avoid loss of control or injury, make sure axle nuts are tight and secured by cotter pins if equipped, and make sure wheel nuts are torqued properly to the recommended specs in your owner's manual.

Next Controls and Cables
Step 1. Controls – Ensure all controls work smoothly.
Step 2. Throttle and other cables – Ensure the throttle moves smoothly and snaps closed with the handlebars in any position. Ensure the throttle limiter (if equipped) is adjusted appropriately for the rider.
Step 3. Brakes – Ensure the controls operate smoothly and are adjusted (engagement point and position of controls). Check that cables are properly routed with no interference when steering from center to left and right.
Step 4. Foot shifter – Ensure it is firmly attached and positioned for safe operation.

Next Oil and Fuel
Step 1. Do not get stranded because you are out of oil or fuel. Know your vehicle's cruising range. Start your ride with a full tank of gas. (Make sure not to overfill)
Step 2. Check the oil level with a dipstick or sight glass while the engine is off before every ride. Check your owner’s manual for procedure.
Step 3. Check for fuel or oil leaks.

Next Lights and Electrics
Step 1. Check that all wires and connectors are properly routed and seeded. This usually requires fiscally checking the connectors fitment with your hands.
Step 2. Ignition switch – Check the condition of the switch and make sure it works properly by switching it off and on.
Step 3. Engine stop switch – Ensure it turns off the engine.
Step 4. Headlight and taillight (if equipped) – Check operation and condition of the lights. You could be caught out after dark.
