Standard Manufacture Warranty Policy
Vehicles purchased through superiorpowersports.com come with a 60 day limited factory warranty. The warranty period will begin the date you receive your vehicle.
The Warranty includes
*Drive train components consisting of engine and transmission
*Electrical and external mechanical parts
The warranty excludes:
*Vehicles that are used in Extreme riding, racing or competition, damaged through Vandalism, fire or theft, Crash or accident.
*Filters, Hoses, Lubricants, Gaskets, Spark plugs, Plastic parts & components (color coordinated Housings, etc.) batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts and tires. Loss of time without motorcycle
*SuperiorPowersports.com will service your vehicle for warranty work Buyers are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s) covered under warranty. Under no circumstances is any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges.
Warranty procedure:
Please call our warranty/technical support to begin warranty claim. The defective warranty part(s) are required by the manufacture to be returned to us and exchanged for new replacement part(s). *Note only the defective part(s) will be replaced and not the complete vehicle. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist we in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects. Customer satisfaction and your happiness in riding are important to us. We work quickly in-house in all claims so you don’t have to worry about much downtime.
