Kids quads November 12, 2020 Reviewer: Isa Barnett from Merrill , OR United States   Well I read your reviews and there are   Some bad reviews and good but I ordered two quads paid for them then I got a email they were not in stock and we upgraded to two better quads paid a little more money ,,Jim was our salesman he did a good job I got the quads in about eight days and my kids love them...no issues,I would buy again from these guys!! Tao Tao New T-force product/ Customer service February 17, 2020 Reviewer: Chris Ferrara from Richboro, PA United States   The product was easy to set up and they ride great.  Your customer service was very poor and the product was severely delayed.  I understand that it was during the holidays; however the product took 6 weeks to be delivered.  Also I received no help from customer service as they could not even track or find my product.
