The bike looks great and runs well!! Only a few scratches on the muffler, but that is no big deal. Addy, at customer support was quick to respond and very helpful! The shipping was fast too. My son uses it to commute from his house to campus everyday and really enjoys it!! Just waiting for the MCO to come in so he can register it!

Love the scooter! I worked with Myrna on the phone to order = very professional, nice and helpful. You might as well close your technical support area! Left many messages, no one ever answered or returned my messages. I finally got help from Michael in Warranty Dept. He was awesome! Over 4 weeks later I got a voice mail from someone in tech support wanting to know if I had a question! That is so ridiculous! Other things, the Chinese metal trap protected everything, but the instructions are in the seat, which you can't get out until you've unpacked it. Managed to slide the scooter out sideways, and then found out to take all the bolts out first. Also never had a list of all the parts, so had to explore use of black plastic rectangle that goes over the vin number, the regular and 4 lock nuts for the storage compartment, and the placement of the clips for putting on the front panel with the headlights. The videos included weren't this model, that's why tech help would have been nice.
