Scooter 150 March 1, 2019 Reviewer: Big Brett from Oak Island, NC United States   The scooter came almost flawless small section of paint missing from muffler pipe, where the wire was holding it. And left rear blinker bulb shook loose from its housing, but all in all it looks great so far runs good. I never received the promo items gloves,bag,etc., hopefully you guys can get that out to me. Best bike i own!!!!! January 18, 2019 Reviewer: John wes from St louis mo   Purchased three days ago and recieved it today. The day i purchased i received a phone call confirming my order and details of the the process. I was told it would take longer then it acctually took. Second day the shipping called to set a drop off time which they said between 12pm-6pm..i recieved a call at 9:30am from the driver stating that he would arrive in 45min.He arrived at around 10:15am.Scooter has no damage from shipping and assembly was easy. I didnt use any videos or instructions, i only have minimal knowlege on these types of things so i belive anyone could do it long as you take your time. I filled gas tank then held the start but like 3x and it fired up..I let it run for about 10 mins hopped on and  man did i take off.. iv purchased 2 other bikes from local dealers and this is def the best one iv purchased..i will def be buying from you guys again.. 1 negative tho...i didnt get my free items but i left a message. TAOTAO 150 REVIEW June 14, 2018 Reviewer: DON BUSH from DENNARD, AR United States   THE SERVICE I RECIVED WAS VARY GOOD SERVICE. I WANTED THE ORANGE SCOOTER AND THEY WERE OUT OF THEM IN DALLAS. I WAITED ABOUT 4 WEEKS AND THE COMPANY DECIDED TO JUST SHIP FROM CALIFORINA. THIS WAS THE 2ND SCOOTER I PURCHASED FROM THEM. THESE SCOOTERS ARE VARY INEXPENSIVE SO DONT EXPECT HONDA QUALITY, OR MAYBE THEY ARE THE SAME. I DID HAVE TO DO SOME WORK TO THE 2ND SCOOTER. HANDLE SHIFTER WAS LOOSE. THE FRONT FORK NUT CAME LOOSE AND I HAD TO RETIGHTEN. THE EXHAUST NUTS WERE MISSING AND THE EXHAUST STARTED LEAKING. ALL THESE REPAIRS WERE SIMPLE REPAIRS THAT I DID RATHER THAN RETURN 400 MILES TO DALLAS. THIS WAS 850.00 SCOOTER VERS 4000.00 HONDA SCOOTER. BOTH SCOOTER RUN GOOD AND FAST. GOOD FUEL MILAGE MINE ABOUT 75 MPG. THEY LOOK GREAT. IF YOU USE THEM AND DONT LET THEM SET UP FOR MONTHS WITHOUT USE I EXPECT GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM. ALSO DONT PUT ETHONAL GAS IN THEM. I AM VARY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE. Was this review helpful to you?

Over the phone purchase- delivery ahead of schedule- bike was better than expected- price was great- received the registration/title paperwork as advised.  Overall no problems at all with this company or the product and have to give them 5 stars... everything was just as advertised..  Thank you!!!!
