Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) is a required document to register your scooter to the DMV. Many dealers will charge an extra $40-$50 for the MCO Title. Here at Superior Powersports we'll provide the MCO free of charge.
Some states require to have the MCO Title notarized. Contact your local DMV office to verify that your MCO does not need to be notarized.
