MCO or manufacturer certificate of origin is a required document for you to register your scooter to the DMV.
Many dealer will charge $40-$50 for them to prepare and send you the MCO Title. Here in SuperiorPowerSports we'll provide you the MCO title free of charge.
Some states require you to have the MCO title notarized, you can contact your local DMV to ask them if they need the MCO to be notarized. Please let us know so that we can have your MCO title notarized (there will be a $25 notary fee if they require your title to be notrized).
